| dry/red, and I was exhausted and asthmatic. I had been shopping at the Gap and was horrified at the sight of my face in the dressing room mirror. A couple of times I felt like I might actually collapse if I didn't go lay down. I had a slight fever - I returned to my parents' house in Leominster, where Olivia was being watched, and couldn't imagine going into the cold to drive home - I I took a dose of Bryonia (which I still had in my pocket from the lecture!) - took the acute dose from the bottle, succussed one time. Within 10 minutes I was asleep on the couch, and awoke feeling a lot better. Even better, my mind was in a better place - not the negative, scary state it was in. In the dark state, I couldn't imagine myself getting better. When I woke up, I felt I had When I arrived home I took a dose of Arsenicum, acute dose, succussed one time. Before bed, I took another Bryonia dose. I slept deeply, and had several dreams. I am feeling now like I am on the upswing. Good thing - I am hosting Thanksgiving, and my 20th high school reunion on Thurs and Fri this week!!! I am inspired to learn everything I can about homeopathy. (My only comment back to Julie was it would have been best to take the Arsenicum before the Bryonia as her first paragraph contains the remedy picture of Arsenicum (chilly, very tired, collapse, slight fever, worried about health, asthma). However, Bryonia is also a great Flu remedy (containing the remedy picture of wanting to be alone laying under the covers, upper respiratory issues, dry cough). She took them both in the end! So SUCCESS WITH THE FLU! Her immune system got a healthy workout without any drugging or side-effects, it cost only pennies to cure and she felt restored to health quickly. Knowledge is power!
