(My only comment back to Julie was it would have been best to take the Arsenicum before the Bryonia as her first paragraph contains the remedy picture of Arsenicum (chilly, very tired, collapse, slight fever, worried about health, asthma). However, Bryonia is also a great Flu remedy (containing the remedy picture of wanting to be alone laying under the covers, upper respiratory issues, dry cough). She took them both in the end! So SUCCESS WITH THE FLU! Her immune system got a healthy workout without any drugging or side-effects, it cost only pennies to cure and she felt restored to health quickly. Knowledge is power!
